Exclamation 1990 taurus misfires badly

help me my 1990 taurus is runnin real bad with a real bad misfire in the engine up till about 3k what could that be its a wagon with a 3.0V6 and 150,000 miles :bonghitte :flamer: :cry:

Could be a bad plug, valve or something along those lines. Can't be more helpful as I don't have the car in front of me.
