got a trans question

igot a 95 1500 4x4 5.0 gmc when the trans is cold it works fine when it gets hot it just stops working is like its out of geat motor just revs ? any idea what this could be?

What trans? Have you checked you fluid level? Possibaly the clutch pack if the fluid is fine.

Have it scanned with a trans function scanner for engagement in all ranges and slippage/solenoid operation, unless the unit is obviously slipping, then you may have an electrical problem.
