Supercharger for sale. *PICS*
I'm selling my Vortech V-1 S-trim supercharger. The only reason I'm selling is because I'm swapping over to a turbo.
Heres a list of whats included: S-trim head unit (supercharger), all necessary brackets, bolts/washers, 8 rib 2.95" blower pulley, 8 rib 8" crank pulley, Mondo bypass valve, and the custom built (by me) "powerpipe" which I made to go from the blower to the carb hat and welded on the flange to mount the Mondo bypass valve. I made 14psi with this kit and 517rwhp on my built 351w. I am almost positive that I could have made 600rwhp had I not run lean and blown the head gaskets. All you need to do to lower the boost for a stock 5.0 car is buy a larger blower pulley. I had very very little belt slip because I had alot of "belt wrap" on the blower pulley. This is a fuel injected kit for a '87-'93 5.0 mustang. I just used it on my carb car. As you can see in the pictures the headunit has been cut/ground on but I assure you that it does not affect the performance of it at all. Asking $1500 OBO. Hey Tony I hate to rush things but I've got a couple possible buyers lined up. Youre friend has first dibs though. But I need to hear something pretty quick, I dont want to lose a buyer if he doesnt want it. If he's interested I'll include the oil lines feed & return for $1500 shipped. I bought them new from Vortech and have only about 200 miles on the car at the most.
