Emission woes

Hello,

My check engine light was on so i pulled the codes.

it showed a 0455, large hole in the EVAP system,
and two others also, a misfire and running too rich which I believe are related.

I dropped down the gas tank and checked all the gas/EVAP lines. Can't find anything wrong there. Also checked the gas cap, seems to be tight and functioning properly. This is driving me nuts. Does anyone have experience diagnosing/fixing an EVAP system problem.

The misfire is happening when the car is coasting with the cruise on. I'll start down a hill, and I'll feel it miss then. It is fine under power though, no missing.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

[edit] Oh yeah, its a '99 with the 2.4L DOHC engine (X engine it think) 130,000 miles. Starts and runs fine, idle is a tad rough though, but just a tad. I'm going to pull the plugs tomorrow. after work.
