Back seat..

Ok.. Im stuck.. how do i get the back seat out so i can get it upholstered..??.. I pulled and pushed.. pressed and pulled.. looked for a clip - no joy, tis like .. the backrest assembly is out.. Theres always something

<sigh>.. looks like I picked a wrong week to stop glue sniffing.. (lloyd bridges Airplane)

Re: Back seat..

Just had mine out to run a sattelite radio antenna, The seat has two metal "loops" that engage into plastic retainers that are pressed into the floor. The book says to insert a Large flat blade screwdriver at each end of the seat and pry upward. If you look where the seat meets the floor you can see them. It takes a fair amount of force to get the seat to disengage.
