turbo problems

Hi All
Hoping you can lend me your expertise again. My second turbo is not kicking in at all, the air hoses, inductiond pipes, ecu and turbo its self have all been checked and all necessary parts seem to be working fine independantly but it isnt kicking in? anyone got any ideas that could help me please?

you have a FD or FC? my friend's FD is doing the same thing after a hard pull from 1st, than around 4500 rpms on 2nd gear, theres no boost! i dont know too.

Are you absolutely sure there's no boost? The FD is supposed to drop to 8 pounds of boost after the second turbine kicks in IIRC. It sounds odd that it would have absolutely no boost after a certain RPM.

its 10 lbs on first turbo, drops to 8 for the switchover and then goes back to 10 after both are online
