Power door problem

We have been having some cold weather and yesterday my power sliding doors were frozen shut. After trying to get them open my passenger door will no longer open using any of the methods that you would use to open the door. ( the handle on both the inside and the outside, the button on the dash or the remote control). I have checked fuses and they are all fine, I have tried resetting the door according to the owners manual. I cannot think of what else to try. The drivers door works just fine. Should I take it to the dealership?

Re: Power door problem

alot of people are scared to go to the dealer, just because of labor cost or they just have they're own shop to go to, but alot of things they dont know is honda might cover some of those issues, as for your sliding door issue, there is a proccess to retrieve codes for the sliding door, i dont remember it off the top of my head, but you can always google it...
