Last week my wife's 98 Camry was having issues starting. I did a search here and saw that it's symptoms were matching that of the starter solenoid contacts going. Well I checked them this weekend and they were infact very warn. Got replacments for $10 from the local auto electric place.
That sure beats getting a replacement starter.
