2004 sebring Headlight Adjustments

I have a 2004 Sebring Sedan and the headlight need to be aimed, but in the owners manual it says that they were adjusted at the factory and I have to bring it to the dealer to get them aimed. I had to replace a headlight and now they are not aligned! any help in how to aim them would be great! thanks
