lesabre Limited 97 A/C problem

Hi all
I just buy a lesabre 97 limited, and i have these problem whit the A/C.
The A/C digital panel is off, the only one working is the passager one, so i dont know how turn off the A/C air, is always on, is any way to turn off,
the air by removing a fuse
