Question ? Oil Service Reset

Hello all

I need some help with resetting the oil service LED's on a 1997 528i.

I do not know which PIN#'s in the multi-port connector are involved and the correct procedure for a do-it yourself (I will be using a wire/paperclip) job.

Can someone out there help.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide

Re: ? Oil Service Reset

If the car has the under bonnet diag plug which i suspect it has, if you bridge pins 7 & 19 for about 6 seconds this will reset the oilservice light.
