Help with engine light

I am getting a code 121 which says
Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Range/Performance Problem - TPS signal does not correlate to MAP sensor signal.

and

Accelerator Position Sensor (APPS) - APPS voltage input below the minimum acceptable voltage.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
