Heater problem in '94 Accord?????
I can't figure this one out....I have a '94 Accord, when I turn on the AC and move the "thermostat/dial" to the coldest setting, it works fine, if I move the setting towards "warmer", the air coming out of the unit does not ever get warmer; and, if I switch it over to "heat", the air continues to blow cold?! Please help if you have a clue what I should check/do.
Thanks, Brandon

Re: Heater problem in '94 Accord?????
Sounds like you have air pockets in the cooling system.
Park your car on a hill nose up with the radiator cap off. Run your engine. You should see air bubles comming out. Did it just start doing that? Did somebody bypassed your heater? Sam

Re: Heater problem in '94 Accord?????
Thank you both. First yes, it just started. Second, no one has done anything to it. Finally, yes, I think it was stuck "closed", so I found it and eased it open manually so that I could get the heat to work...good news is, it'll probably be a few months before I need to worry about changing it back to AC. Again, I truly thank you both for your thoughts.
