HELP! Engine swap questions

I need to know if the 85 300zx engine and tranny will somewhat easily mount into my 89 240sx coupe. i know the engine itself isn't a very big difference, but do the transmissions mount the same way? can mine be bolted to the vg30? if not what will ti take to fit it into my cars chassis? I would appreciate answers asap so i don't miss out on the 300zx if its possible! THANKS
