94 Astro Van Heater blower not working
Heater blower not working but if i connect direct to the battery it works. When i meter the connection i have power and it reduces as you adjust the switch inside but won't make the blower work.Do you think the relay pack is the problem sucking all the amperage. When i went to a parts supplier they showed 2 different relay packs on their list.

Re: Heater blower not working
Look just above the blower and check the relay, I found the connector melted on my ole battle wagon.

Re: Heater blower not working
I've encountered a similar problem on other vehicles. If there is voltage present untill the blower motor is conneted, there is likely a marginal connection i the circuit somewhere. I've found this at the crimped connections on the blower resistor in a few instances, but any other connection or the relay contacts can cause the same symptoms, such as xt477 indicated.
