93 3.4 dies

I've got a 93 3.4 GP that idles around 1000 rpms in park. It will intermittently stutter and drop a little below 1000 rpms. It also will occasionally die when coasting while slowing to a stop. When it is going to die the rpms will momentarily increase for a brief second then immediately die. It always starts right back up and runs well. It might go a day before it does it again, very random. I have checked all vacuum lines and have not found anything out of the ordinary. I have one vacuum line that runs off a tee coming out of the bottom of the cruise control and I cannot find a place for it. I capped this off right after I got this car a couple years and it had been running fine. I have also removed and cleaned the idle air control valve and replaced the fuel filter. Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
