Odd electrical gremlins.

I have a '90 S-15.

1) The clock is always reset to 1:00 when you start the truck.
2) The horn does not sound, but there is an interior buzzing sound and the interior light comes on when you push the horn actuator.
3) The wipers will make a swipe every once in a while usually related to the turn signal, but occassionally just while driving along.

Any suggestions?

OK, now I feel pretty stupid. I figured since it was doing something (buzzing) that it was something other than the fuse. Thank you for the help. My fuse was also bad and that took care of the problems.
