Easy question

my 2002 suburban AC and heat dont work for the first 3 settings. theres a total of 5 settings. between off and the 3rd setting, the air and heat dont even make a sound. any ideas?

If manual heater control.
It is usually the blower motor reistor.
If automatic control may be the module.
