Ground Control

Hi i want to know the difference between ground control racing and the street version, plus, if they use eibach springs, do this mean they are progressive spring rates? if not, what is the spring rate they use in the Accord models? i want the height adjustavility, and i like the pro kit, plus the progressive spring rate sounds comfortable as well as high performance, and are the ground control kits good?
another thing is that i don't want to lower my car at all, the less the better. thanks

In my opinion Ground Controls are the best!! You can adjust the height easy and you can change the spring rate easy also!!! But the ride is in the strut!!! You need to go with the yellow Koni's or equal to make the car ride smoothe or ride like a indy car!!!!
