My headliner is down too. It's far down on my list of things to get fixed up, however, there are a few good guides on the net on how to do it yourself. Basically it involves removing and scraping all the old foam off the cardboard liner once you get it out of the truck. Then gluing new foamed back cloth on.
The premade liners that I have found in various catalogs seem a bit pricey to me. You should probably order a catalog from http://lmctruck.com/ they have just about everything you could want to restore a Chevy truck.

Google: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...ling+headliner+

Hope that helps some.

I see you have a link for defective paint in your signature. I just wanted to tell you I made a good living doing "peelers" for about six or seven years and I hate to say it but I wish the paint company would mess up one more time before I fully retired so I could make another roll of cash.

Man, thats just wrong. LOL I don't have a real bad peeler (hood and tailgate) but... it's peeling just the same.

My '88 never peeled but the clear did a weired thing on the drivers fender GM paid for that then in '96 I painted the whole truck. It's about time for another paint job but we just don't seem to have the time to get to our own stuff and that's the way it goes down here a good Bodyman drives around a primered up car or truck because he's to busy to work on his own stuff.
