Angry Never Order From Andy's Autosport!!!

On the phone with credit card company... depending on the verdict will depend exactly HOW pissed I am at them... long story short, they f---me over, I called my credit card company to reverse the payment, and suddenly my credit card bill has the full charge again...

Re: Never Order From Andy's Autosport!!!

They charged me full price for the cambers I ordered, and AFTER I CALLED AND CANCELED THE ORDER, they STILL CHARGED ME the money and NEVER SHIPPED ME THE PRODUCT, and on TOP of that my CREDIT CARD COMPANY never followed through and reversed the payment for Andy's Autosport trying to STEAL MONEY FROM ME. If you EVER plan on canceling an order from them it will not work. So make sure your sale is final. And be willing to wait an eternity for your product as it takes them over a week to ship a 1 pound object, with a ridiculous shipping charge as well.

Bottom line: They may have a lot of products, but they have by FAR the worst customer service of any company I have ever had the misfortune of talking to, and they STOLE money from me. I'm almost tempted to get the police involved but they didn't do anything for me when my credit card information got stolen back in June and I lost 750 dollars so I guess there's no reason to go that far either.

I f---ing hate people sometimes.

get up on that seriously.. your money is your money... goto your bank in person, and speak with a associate about what is going on with your account and what you should do...

Re: Never Order From Andy's Autosport!!!

if theres no chance of getting ur money back demand them to send u the product..at least then you can sell it or something. I bought my body kit from them..it took about a month to arrive (which i can understand because its huge). But on top of that, they shipped it via Yellow Transit and the closest one to my house is about an hour away in Ohio. So i had to drive there to pick it up...talk about an inconvenience.

Yeah... after a WEEK, they STILL didn't have my CAMBER KITS sent out... and said it might take another week. How the hell does it take two weeks to send out a camber kit or two?!

Re: Never Order From Andy's Autosport!!!

they should at least have it sent out within a week thats pretty rediculous. Then to tell u to wait 2 weeks?..and then you'll have to wait the extra couple of days on top of that for it to actually arrive. Id be jacked too

Re: Never Order From Andy's Autosport!!!

Auto Parts Giant is another supplier that should be avoided because of poor customer service that rivals your AA experience. APG told me to pay to ship the wrong part back and suggested that I just eat the cost of the part and shipping.

if theres no chance of getting ur money back demand them to send u the product..at least then you can sell it or something.

Sounds about like something that the crooked supplier would suggest! Internet suppliers will make a fortune if enough people follow this idea. Just let them send you a part... whenever... right part or not... and you will sell it for them???

Re: Never Order From Andy's Autosport!!!

I could understand it to take time if part were out of stock but that doesnt seem to be the case here.

I would make sure your card company cancells payment to andys ms. Since no parts were shiped or received....

Send me the wrong parts I'll refuse them!
Sure wouldnt sell anything of thiers either.

Sometimes these things can take a long time to work out.
Thats why I want to talk to a person who can say "in stock" Or "not". They pulled some crap like that on me, I drive to thier office
See how quick they get things straight then

I don't think this thread is appropriate for this forum especially the four letter words that were being used. Please refrain from this type of thread in the future. If you have a problem with Andy then contact Andy or the BBB. If you want to bash someone do it in PM form. Also, this thread is being locked so that no additional comments can be added.
