92 Civic hatchback rear wheel wells

Does any one know the best way to fix 5th gen hatchback rusted wheel wells? I need help!

I patched up mine not too long ago with some self adhesive wall patch and bondo. Y'know that metal sticky patch that comes with bondo, you can get bigger patches like that at Home Depot/Lowes/ most any hardware store for a couple bucks. It was relatively easy. BUT! Patience is a virtue, take your time and lots of it! Sanding the bondo just right so it matches the original countours takes time and patience.
If you have the money...see a professional. If you have the time, you can do it yourself
