Hmmmm.... I have a choice to make this month....

I can get a X-Box with Halo this month (I've been playing the game for a couple of months with a borrowed console) for AU$349.

On the other hand I can get a Ping Titaniun TiSi 11.5 degree driver for NZ$649 (limited stock) to replace my venerable Stainless Mizuno 12 degree.

I can't get both, so I'm open to suggestions on what I should buy...

Halo isn't that great and quite easy to beat so i'd go with the other if I knew what it was.

Why do you have an X Box anyhow? Go out and buy a real system like PS2

It could cerntianly use some HP. But then $350 wouldn't get you much, to make it worth while you would need to spend 10x more.



I would get the Golf Club, sounds like you'll get much more use out of it, its a lot healthier, and will probobly last a lot longer than an X-Box.

Besides which you already have a borrowed X-Box, just use it for as long as you can, and if you really really like it, then play golf for the summer and buy an X-Box next winter when the price will have come down 50%.

Get the XBOX with HALO and OUTLAW GOLF.

That way you can play golf without even getting the driver.

AH! Is no one on here a Sony preson? Get a PS2 and Droship, GT3, Metal Gear Solid 2, 007, or any other of the hundreds of titles they have compared to the X Box's under 100!

I love how when a commerical for a game comes out and it always ends with the big PS2 screen flashing up. Yet the whole commerical was using the visually superior XBOX's version of the game!

I'm a Sony guy, the graphics on the PS2 are already good enough that I often can't tell a "superior" Xbox screenshot when I see one, and there are WAY more games than the Xbox, plus the Xbox doesn't have Gran Turismo or Tokyo Xtreme Racer. I VERY highly doubt Xbox is getting GT3, since.. 1. The game is already old and anybody who wants to play it has already long bought a PS2, GT3 and long beaten the game or close, and 2. Gran Turismo is made by a Sony-sub company, marketed by Sony, why would they support Microsoft, and 3. Sony would just be shooting themselves in the foot by releasing GT3 on a competitive system, the Gran Turismo series is like their main asset, and I can't see them giving it up...

Anyways, the PS2 has been out longer than XBOX....they have have time to produce all the games.

Sega has signed a deal with XBOX, so all those great games on the short lived Dreamcast will be coming out on XBOX.

Just wait for Unreal Championship or Halo 2 to come out....XBOX sales will go through the roof

XBOX also just had its first national HALO tournament. I don't see playstation doing that.

not to mention XBOX LIVE!!!!!!!!!!
