timing

I have just purchased a 1988 supra turbo.the only thing keeping it from passing "smog" is the timing. could someone please tell me what the timing mark is? I have looked everywhere for a manual, but I`m told I have to special order it. this would be greatly appreciated, thank you very much.

Re: timing

It should be 10 deg btdc at 650 rpm idle. To adjust it you turn the CPS just like you would a distributer.

Its no secret. If you pick up a $10 Haynes at the local auto parts store you would find the same info.
