Angry what the hell?!

i have a 99 cavy and the right hand side coner turn signal next to the head light (when sitting in the car its on your right). it workes but its is just barly glowing its not bright or nothing. my trun signal in the car stays lit i tryed a new light bulb and i got that grease you put on the bulb and it still isn't working. what can be the problem! i have inspection coming this month and i heard it wont pass with the problem so any help will be greatly appreciated.

assuming that is what it is...there should be two wires going into that assembly. A Blue and a Black, i think...... Trace them from the bulb as far back as you can get, and just look for any kind of disturbance in the wire. Perhaps the plastic guard has rubbed a hole in one of the wires, etc..to fix it, simply cut the wire, cut the hole off from the wire, then splice the two ends together and tape it up and you have a new wire..assuming that's what it is.

that little bulbs is soo small its not going to affect the circuit in the car to cause your flashers to go ape shit like the 3157 bulbs do. I don't even have mine anymore from the headlight conversion.
