94 Buick Lesabre Problems!

Hey whats going on guys.. i own a 94 buick lesabre limited.. with 41k on it.

im having some naggin problems that are getting on my nerves..

i had to replace the ac compresor in april of 06 and when i replaced it.. but i didnt replace the cold air..yet!.. the engine service soon came on and only goes off sometimes but comes back like 10 seconds later.. any suggestions??..cause i need to smog it and it wont pass with that on..

also.. my deforster for my ac pumps hot air.. but on the front it only pumps out cold air no hot air.. it makes noise but nothing comes out the front vents..??.. any 1 know whats going on??..
