1995 Nissan Sentra Belt Prob

Repairing my buddies nissan sentra with 103k on the odo. Its a four cylinder engine, 1.8 i believe, not positive on that. One of the belts is squealing, I have yet to actually check out which one it is, but it appears this isnt a serpentine belt? It _sounds_ like its the Power steering belt that wraps around the w/p. From the looks of it, I have to pull the front left engine mount to get at it? Any ideas? Or can I go through the inner fender.. And, the PS pump slides with a pivot bolt right? There is no tensioner for that belt i assume?

sorry for all the questions, but I typically stick with A-body GM's. Their a little bit better to navigate..
