on a 2000, just hit the dome overide button below the headlight switch 4 times to turn off DTRL. press 4 more times to turn them back on. but next time do a search as there are tons of threads on this topic. ill let it slide this time

Relay is under hood driver's side box. Pull out there are five prongs on relay. 30, 85, 86, 87, & 87a bend the 86 prong over with a pair of pliers and plug it back in your DRL will be disabled.
