Mods For Sxt?????

hey everybody.
i have a 03' SXT neon (stick) and i want to start modifying it. i was wanting some advice on what to start off with and what to later add. i was thinking of getting a C.A.I. and an cat back exhaust. and eventually get a turbo. i was also thinking of when i get a turbo i want to not get a kit but kind of make my own kit but i didnt know what kind of turbo to get. if anyone could help out and point me in the right direction for a turbo or other mod. parts that would be great!!!

Well unfortunately, you have a neon with the NGC(next generation controller) which will keep your car performing at a stock level even if you add mods to the car.

A turbo would be the only way around the NGC.

It's your main PCM and there isn't a way around it unless you go turbo.
