buying a car for low price NEED HELP
i can spend a total of 13 to 15,000 but i was thinking of buying a car around 3,000 to 5,000 maybe and then spending the rest for customization and aftermarket parts so if you know of a car thats fast already has some horsepower to it not to much milage i just want a car that has some speed to it
