alternator question
is the 130A alternator adequate for the e-fans?

I was just wondering if you are going to e-fans to save on HP. If so it might be interesting to have a electrical engineer to figure out how many HP a alternator uses to put out the extra amps needed to run the E-fans. In years past we built a alternator tester at the shop and found out it needed 5-10 hp motor to run a alternator at full charge. Something to think about in your spare time. Good Luck MT

I have 3 electrics on my old blazer . Two set by thermostat on front , and one large puller on the back and they don't reduce my voltage from 14.1 or change the idle with the extra load (with carb) . Body lift required conversion . The 3rd was overkill but I had it sitting around . Rob
