Any Ideas?

Okay did I get screwed over on this 06 focus of mine? I bought it brand new back in november. ever since this car has had a CHRONIC brake problem. the brakes lasted only about 8thousand miles, then i had to get them replaced. replaced again at 15,000, and now again at 20,000. could bad brakes fall under the lemon law? becuase this is getting ridiculous. not to mention the numerous other random problems ive had with the car. such as the steering rack, tie rods, suspension problems, and even the muffler went back already. the car only has 20,000 miles on it. yes, the warranty is covering everything (except the brakes, those are only covered once) but its a hassle to have to take the car in once a week. and i dont know who to contact about getting something done about it becuase I refuse to pay for another brake job on this lemon.
