Any suggestions about why this is happening??
Previously I have posted about a rough idle on my 1995 jeep limited..I tracked down that problem and it was a bad plug wire...(hurray!!)
however I am having this problem... When I am driving the car sounds like it wants to shift..like it is maxed out on the gear but if i look at my tach, it is right here it should be. So It is sounding like it is winding out..but perhaps isnt..any suggestions?.. thanks Kellye |

Re: Any suggestions about why this is happening??
I had a similar problem with a ford ranger. the tac would bounce up and down and so on. I never tracked down the problem because i bought a 95 JGC and now thats my primary vehicle. I'd say that there is just a bad sender. It happens.
Is your transmission actually having trouble shifting or is it just the tac? |
