Coolant Flush Question...
I'm taking my Jeep in for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and a tune up on Mon. I was just wondering if anybody would recomment a coolant flush as well. The car has 35k miles and I have to assume it's never been done before since I bought the car with 30k last Dec. Feel free to list any other maitenance that should be done...

Re: Coolant Flush Question...
With that few miles, I'd think you would be ok with just draining the radiator and refilling with the 50/50 mix of coolant. Do that every 18 months or so, and you shouldn't have a problem. I've always changed my coolant every 18 months, and never had a problem.

Re: Coolant Flush Question...
Coolant flushes are not listed for how many miles your Jeep (car) has on it. Coolant is good for about 3 years. That is the time to change.
Radiator flushes are good because it flushes out any rust or materials floating around in your engine and/or radiator. Replace the coolant using 50/50 solution. Try to find the biodegradable coolant.
