just thought i would throw it up here-
just wanting investors to share tips and ideas cause it is suppose to be a win/win for both parties right!

No tips really. Don't quick-flip houses with your buddies if your an appraiser/broker. You'll get caught. Do not try and trick other brokers into believing your comparables you provide. The other brokers that view them at other companies that are looking to buy these properties will catch you.
I'm a research analyst for real estate appraisers at a mortgage company that buy foreclosed properties. I see so many brokers at other companies that get fired just by simple phone calls because their trying to make a lot of money fast thinking they won't get caught. Next year I'm going to be working on getting my commercial appraisal license. That's where the big money's at.
