00 problem with tranny?

Two days ago I noticed a loss of horsepower going up mountain. Today I noticed when accelerating the rpms are going much higher past 5000 before car accelerates at 60, normally rpms about 3500. While cruising at 70 on level road I hit the gas and the engine increased rpm by 1000 but car stayed at 70mph . When cruising at a steady speed up a constant grade I can feel the car lose horsepower then within 5 seconds its is back. Is my tranny slipping or is there an electronic malfunction? Car has 105000 miles on it but the tranny was replaced under warranty at 28000. Fluid flush every 30000 miles and was done at 93000 miles. Fluid normal color and no burnt odor. Help.
TY

Re: 00 problem with tranny?

- tranny has self diagnostics, try if that gives any indication
- seems like slipping. There can be lots reasons from low charge voltage to solenoid/valve /bands /filter blocked /malfunction. (on some models valve assembly may be swapped while tranny is on)
