I believe it's Japanese/kanji, lol, and it translates to "ugly fat pig," that should fit three syllables of the name.

It's actually a decent bike...for a sport tourer lol...

I wouldn't call it a sport bike, just like I wouldn't call a mustang cobra a sport compact...

The symbol translates to 'one fast machine' or something...my friend owns an '05 and that's what he said...personally I think he should have bought an '05 gsxr 1000

The symbol says Hayabusa and is written in 'kanji', which is a form of japanese writing. it means falcon.
