As far as I now, you'd have to do it with all aftermarket parts & make up your own anchors and seat belts. It would be a tight sqeeze for a shorty TB. Honestly, your safetst bet would be to trade'er for an XL.

We all wish it could be done on a SWB TB, but nope GM had to make a completely different model (GMT370) for the TB EXTs.
