Most exaust shops will do a free inspection. Your best bet is to take it to a shop and have them look at it. just make sure that it is free first. If you want to inspect it yourself, you can have a friend place his hand over the tail pipe while you listen from under the vehicle. the back pressure from covering the tail pipe will force the exaust gasses through the leak. if you cant hear it you should be able to feel it. run your hand by all the exaust tubing keeping it 2 to 3 inches away. remember the exaust can get very hot so dont touch it!!! it is best to do this while the vehicle is cool. when metal heats up, it expands closing the gap and can make the leak more difficult to find.
