Hey im 16 in less then a month and im going into a drivers ed course soon. I might be getting my dads 1995 nissan maxima GXE. It has stillen exaust, front and rear strut bars, stillen hi-flow cold air intake, its lowered about an inch both ways, new shocks and springs, and is in excellent condition considering it has 84,000 on it. However when I get it im probably going to addaltezzas, maybe find somesprings that will lower it more, and get different wheels. He has a newer pair of 16 inch Borbet wheels on it now. I want bigger maybe 17 or at the most 18, I live in new hampshire and a lot of the roads arent as good as the ones out in cali or florida. during the summer, fall, and spring i would probably make it but during the winter i would HAVE to switrch to a winter tire and smaller wheel size. I am sorta leaning to 17s but i dont know if its going to look much bigger on a maxima. one of my friends has a civic with 17s and that looks perfect size for his car. So what do you think??

I would say put 18's on for a good summer wheel, keep the 16's and put some winter tires on them. I tried to vote but it wouldn't work.
17's won't look any different than your 16's now. just my opinion. good luck on your coarse and take care of the car.
