locking gear shift

my gear shift is locked in parked, and i can not move it into gear. no matter what i do, ie pump the break, push the break to the floor and i can still not move the gear shift. im at a lost some one plz help me

Sounds like a blown fuse or bad brake swt. Do you hear any clicking at the shifter when you tap the brakes?
