Best-looking version of Toyota Corolla WRC car...
I've got an extra kit of this car and wanted to do a different version, one that has a cool paint scheme. What are some of your favorites? Pics or links to pics would be great. Thanks!

Re: Best-looking version of Toyota Corolla WRC car...
There is a myriad of various decals available, I suggest browsing the usual hobby/aftermarket online stores and choosing whatever you like most. Among my favourites are OMV and Marlboro versions, but the one I like most, personally, is the Rossi Rally di Monza 2003 version. That said, I also quite like the works liveries run throughout the years.

Probably not different enough for you, but I always liked the works '98 RAC livery with the little umbrellas.

Re: Best-looking version of Toyota Corolla WRC car...
For me, i think the best looking corolla WRC was Freddy Loix's 1998 car, in the red and white Marlboro livery. Which i built i little while ago --> http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=623189
The OMV car above is very appealing. Also two others i like is Rovanperas Corolla he raced in Finland 2000 and Markko Martins EOS sponsered car he campained in 2000 also . |

Hello,
Why not the one of a three times world champion ? ![]() availbale at Renaissance My favorite one, the Polsat version, but unfortunately available only in 1/43rd scale: ![]() these ones are nice, too: http://www.hlj.com/product/S27DC218 http://www.hlj.com/product/S27DC312 http://www.hlj.com/product/S27DC513C http://www.hlj.com/product/S27DC373 and finally the one I would advise you to build (if you have gravel specifications kit of course): http://www.hlj.com/product/S27DC372 bye Phil |

Re: Best-looking version of Toyota Corolla WRC car...
Speaking of Corollas, is the Hasegawa version significantly smaller than the Tamiya version? I know when the two companies offer models of the same car, Hase is usually a little smaller, but I don't have a Tamiya kit to compare it too (Ended up with three Hase kits: One Italian championship Esso car, a Portugal car, and a Safari car, and they are all identical, even the uprights on the gravel and tarmac versions as far as I can tell).
