Re: Finally Bought one...

Honda CBR F4i, the first of their fuel injected sport bikes, and the exact one I want. You can get them for around 3 grand now, and they are one of the best stunt bikes you can get.

Re: Finally Bought one...

Ooo very nice! I love Honda bikes as I have one myself. However mine is a dirt bike ( CRF450R heavily modded). I too plan on getting a CBR one day. Possibly a 600 to start with and then move to the 1000RR.

I would love sometime to run my bike agianst a street bike. Assuming you have a lot of experience under your belt and could launch well you should have no problem with me. Otherwise I bet I could give you a decient run up to about 60 or just a little after which then my gearing will hose me. 0-60 for that bike with a pro rider can be had a 2.8 seconds with a 10.8 1/4 stock. Very nice

Re: Finally Bought one...

thats a good point, a bike is a ton cheaper than a TT. any mods planned for the bike?

Re: Finally Bought one...

^^ I'd be curious to know that too. I guess for some a 10 second super bike isn't enough lol.

Re: Finally Bought one...

as for modding it...Im gonna have to wait till I pay off some of my other stuff. I was going to wait a few more months to buy a bike becuase I was going to be able to have payed everything I owe by December but I didnt want to pass this up. But of course it probably wont stay completely stock haha

Re: Finally Bought one...

You guys are pansies. The first bike I'm gonna get is going to be a 500hp turbo busa.

And it will take 1/2 an hour for me to crash and kill myself.

DOH!

Re: Finally Bought one...

Yeah a guy I know bought a busa for his first bike. I bet him it would take 2 weeks for him to total it. I lost, it took 3 weeks. Somehow he only lost about 1/4inch of the tip of 1 finger, no other injurys.
