1990 Cougar V6 3.8 running problem

Have the car thats listed in the title. For some reason it will start and run fine for a few mins then just die no matter how much gas I give it. It normally starts and runs like this no problem but every now and then it will just crank but not fire up.

I tried changing spark plugs and wires and thats it. Anyone one have any other suggestions?

Look in the left fron kick panel check the computer ground connection and the eec relay and see if it clicks when you have the problem.
