93 KlZE engine making horrible sound

Hey people,
Need you guy's help with this, I Have 93 KLZE engine, and first of all it makes a HUGE raddling sound like "Da-da-da-da-da" when my cars warmed up at around 200-220 Farenheit. My RPM's at 550-600.
So got any (easy if possible) advice that i can get rid of that sound, EXCEPT turning up the RPM.

The sounds just making the car look and sound horrible...

is it like a tapping/rattling noise? had something similar and the engine recently decided to call it quits. we're in the process of taking the engine apart right now so hopefully we can find out what it is....or was.

wow haha totally forgot i posted this.. But thnx for the reply
yea i found out what the problem was.. in every probe there is this item (not sure wats it called) but that item's usage is to cover up that da..da..da.. sound.. and apparently that broke but it only cost like $15 on ebay HOWEVER, you need to take apart the whole engine because its located in the lower end.. and i recently just took it apart for the klze and now.. i'm too lazy to take it apart again..

I'll try to find out what that item is called.. maybe it'll help you guys
