uh... it's crap unless you really want to spend the money, or need a cheap swap bad.
if you want a zc go with the single cam zc. i think it's also known as a z6 or an a6? don't quote me on that.

nah, the single cam zc is just that: ZC.
The US motor that most closely relates to it is the D16A6, but the Sohc ZC has a larger cam and higher compression pistons.

but you said go with the "single cam zc" and that it was also known as the "a6" or "z6". I was just clearing it up.

Re: what's your opinion???

I"m pry gonna get beat up for this... but I like the DOHC D series.. I have one from an '86 teg that's going into my '85... as soon as I get the carbs for it.. I just think that the DOHC has more overall tuning possibilities.. only problem I've found with it is the severe lack of aftermarket for it.. but then again, a little creative engineering, and some mechanical ingenuity ought to make up for that.

O Iduno.. I guess it's just something different.. not to mention that the cheapness of the swap means that you can get other parts for it, and still have money left, like if you wanna turbo it.. so what if you have to set up your own turbo kit... if you're installing it yourself, you should pry know how to do it anyway... just my two cents.

There's a reason there's no aftermarket support. Best bang for the buck right now is the H22 swap for under 2k which includes the swap, and all the swap parts needed.
