Small Sport Wagons/Hatchbacks/Coupes
Which of the following would you choose, considering money as an object in your decision? Also, which one has the best day to day usable driving performance (stuff like midrange acceleration, steering precision and feel, power at low RPM's, etc.)?
Honda Civic Coupe (EX or Si) Subaru Impreza 2.5i Sport Wagon Scion tC Mazda 3 S 5 Door If you wouldn't get any of these, tell me what you would get. It needs to be a sporty-type car in the 15k-20k range, decent performance, good safety, manual transmission, not completely ugly, good cargo room with seats folded down (I ski alot). I'm not going to be making any modifications. Thanks, Rogan |

Re: Small Sport Wagons/Hatchbacks/Coupes
I think the Subaru wins in terms of cargo space. As far as sportiness, the Si would be my choice. Where do you live? The Subaru would be better suited to winter conditions.

Re: Small Sport Wagons/Hatchbacks/Coupes
I live in New Mexico and go Skiing alot, the Subaru's awd would be good for that. Subaru also comes in the middle of the pack as far as price is concerned, which is good considering it's awd.
