1991 Honda Crx Problem!!

My crx has no brake lights. When appling the brake pedal the door ajar light comes on and the door alarm sounds as if you were leaving the key in the ingnition. The electro magnet that relaeses the gear shifter will not operate either Also, the horn does not work. i know that all of these components are connected somehow but just can't find where. I have removed the brake switch and checked it with a meter, it checks out fine I checked the electro magnet switch and have power there whenever the car is on or on accessory. I'm thinking that all of these components are connected to the same groundbut cant find it.I have the car almost totally dismanteled and checked all the wiring under the carpet.Could you please let me know if there is a common ground or something else that relates these components. Thank you. Gino.

It sounds to me like you have alternator problems.

Check it out first.
