do i have bose?
hey guys how would i know if i have the bose system?
the radio doesn't say bose, but i just tried to install an aftermarket radio and the speakers did not work. everything else works but no sound from the speakers. i was wondering if i did have the bose would that make the speakers not work? this is not my first install and i know i had all the wires hooked up right... well i know that my "install harness" was wired to my pioneer radio right. it just seemed like the gm wires were not right with the harness. |

Re: do i have bose?
Look in the owners manual. It gives a pretty good description of each radio package factory option.
What I can't figure out is how GM wiring got in a Honda?????????????

Re: do i have bose?
most likely the system has an amp from the factory. coule be that the head unit you are trying to install is amped, and the amp is being slightly overloaded to where it isn't putting any sound out to the speakers. could also be alot of other things. might wanna get a wiring diagram and do some checking.
