Importing Question?

Hi Everyone,

It is very hard to import JDM (Japanese Domestic Vehicles) Into North America, Especially Canada. According to canadian law to import a JDM car it must be 15 years old and older. However, The car I would like to import is a fairly new Mitsubishi Lancer Evo. Now, My question is; is there a way to get the car into the country by sending it in pieces. For example, take the car completely apart and send it over piece by piece. body, frame, engine, all whell drive system ETC.. then once the car is completely here re-assemble it? is that at all legal? And, if it is at all possible i would reassemble the vehicle debadge it, and state that it is just a regular lancer with an "evo body Kit"?
Thanks for your help
